Fazeshift CEO Caitlin Leksana shared how the company created its best-performing outbound campaign by mailing prospects a real $100 bill locked inside a box. The package recreated the frustration of trapped accounts receivable and included wine and a personalized rocks glass. Caitlin says it became the company’s cheapest campaign per meeting booked.
Jenny Stojkovic spotlighted Sarah M. London, who became the youngest woman to lead a Fortune 500 company when she was named Centene’s CEO at 41. Sarah now leads America’s largest Medicaid provider, serving more than 28 million members, while advancing a local-first model focused on factors such as food, housing and access that shape health outcomes.
