Tal Kollender, Co-Founder & CEO of Remedio, a Tel Aviv–based cybersecurity company providing proactive remediation for device posture management, raised $65M in a funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
Rebecca Schwartz, Co-Founder of Tabs, an AI-native revenue platform automating finance teams’ contract-to-cash cycle, raised $55M in Series B funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Dali Rashid, Co-Founder & CTO of Genomines, a Paris-based startup producing plant-sourced battery-grade nickel for cleaner, cheaper, and faster metal extraction, raised $45M in Series A funding led by Engine Ventures and Forbion BioEconomy.
Ariana Thacker, Founder & CEO of MoldCo, a digital health platform standardizing mold detox as preventative care, raised $8M in seed funding co-led by Cantos and Collaborative Fund.
Phoebe Gates and Sophia Kianni, Co-Founders of Phia, a fashion tech startup, raised $8M in seed funding led by Kleiner Perkins, with investors including Hailey Bieber, Kris Jenner, Sheryl Sandberg, Sara Blakely, and Michael Rubin.
Upeka Bee, Founder & CEO of DianaHR, an AI-powered HR-as-a-Service platform for SMBs, raised $3.7M in seed funding led by SNR Ventures with participation from General Catalyst and Y Combinator.
Rachel Williams, Co-Founder & President of Rec, a platform helping communities manage sports programs and recreation bookings, raised $11M in Series A funding led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from athletes including Kevin Durant, Larry Fitzgerald, and Joe Montana.
Tina Keshani (CEO) and Sophia Richter (COO), Co-Founders of Seven Starling, a maternal mental health platform supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, raised $8M in funding led by Rethink Impact.
Shen Ming Lee, Co-Founder & CEO of Terra Oleo, a Singapore-based startup developing microbes to convert agricultural waste into sustainable oils and bioplastics, raised $3.1M in seed funding from ADB Ventures, Better Bite Ventures, and Elev8.vc.
Maha Shahzad, Founder & CEO of BusCaro, a Pakistan-based platform connecting schools and companies with safe commuting buses, raised $2M in seed funding led by Daman Investments.

An OpenAI study analyzing 1.1M+ ChatGPT conversations from 700M users found AI isn’t replacing jobs — it’s helping people think better. Top uses: practical guidance (28%), writing edits (28%), and seeking information (21%), with work-related chats dropping from 47% to 27% in a year. Emma Pratt left Uber to go full-time on Girl Math Capital, the women-focused investing community she co-founded. In just nine months, they’ve grown to 200+ members, hosted 25+ sessions, and facilitated $200K in investments.
Retro Biosciences, funded by Sam Altman, will begin first human trials of its anti-aging pill by year-end. Early traction includes AI-designed proteins with a 50x boost in stem cell reprogramming, 30% of AI variants outperforming natural ones, and a $1B Series A raised this January.
Anna Sun, Co-Founder of Nowadays (YC S23), says one of the startup’s biggest superpowers is being female-founded — attracting a more diverse applicant pool, serving a customer base that’s 80% women, and showing teammates who never thought startups were “for them” that they belong.
After raising £1.3M for Unfabled, Hannah Samano was told the round was “too small” to announce. She did it anyway — and the news was picked up by Business Insider, covered by 18 outlets, and reached 1M+ people on LinkedIn, outshining fundraises 20x the size. As she put it: “Newsworthiness isn’t about the numbers. It’s about the story, the fight, the movement behind the money.” In a world where female founders get <2% of VC and women’s health <3% of digital health funding, that story matters.
The Bonobo Sisterhood Alliance is tackling the “Red Zone,” the period from August to Thanksgiving when more than half of campus sexual assaults occur — more than in the rest of the school year combined.
